Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to the Puffin Peptides website, catalogue, products, services, and customer features. By using the website, submitting content, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy incorporated into them.

You must have reached the age of majority where you live and have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement. If you act for a laboratory, business, institution, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

Every product is sold exclusively for lawful laboratory research and analytical use.

Product names, strengths, catalogue codes, images, stock indicators, storage information, calculators, research summaries, references, and documents are provided to support catalogue review and laboratory planning. They are not medical, veterinary, prescribing, dosing, diagnostic, or safety advice.

Research changes over time and errors can occur. Always review the label and the verified documentation for the exact product, strength, and lot. Lot-specific documentation takes priority over general website content where they differ.

An order submitted through checkout is an offer to purchase. Puffin Peptides accepts the order only after payment authorization, inventory verification, any required compliance review, and delivery of an order-confirmation email. An automated acknowledgement does not by itself constitute acceptance.

You must provide complete and accurate billing, delivery, and contact information. Puffin Peptides may limit quantities or refuse, hold, or cancel an order for stock shortages, pricing or catalogue errors, failed payment, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, legal requirements, or suspected misuse. If a cancelled order has been charged, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars. Puffin Peptides accepts Visa, Mastercard, Interac, and Visa Debit. Applicable taxes, delivery charges, discounts, and the final total are shown before an order is submitted.

Payment is processed by the payment provider identified at checkout. Puffin Peptides does not request complete payment-card details by email, review form, or support message. If a material pricing or calculation error is discovered, Puffin Peptides may correct or cancel the affected order and will provide notice and a refund where payment was captured.

Products, strengths, prices, promotions, and shipping thresholds may change. Adding a product to a bag does not reserve stock. Availability is confirmed when the order is accepted.

Promotions are subject to their displayed eligibility, dates, limits, and exclusions. Discounts do not combine unless expressly stated. Puffin Picks receive the displayed promotional price, while the build-a-set discount applies only to eligible regular-price vials.

Shipping, delivery, cancellation, damage, replacement, return, and refund rules are set out in the Privacy Policy. Those rules form part of these Terms. Nothing in the Privacy Policy limits a cancellation, refund, warranty, or other remedy that applicable law does not permit Puffin Peptides to limit.

Reviews enter a private moderation queue before they can appear on the storefront.

You must not interfere with website operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, misuse forms, impersonate another person, automate disruptive requests, copy protected content at scale, or use the website to support unlawful activity.

Puffin Peptides may restrict access, remove content, preserve relevant records, and take other reasonable steps to protect the website, its customers, the business, and legal rights.

The Puffin Peptides name, brand assets, vial designs, photographs, illustrations, original text, page layouts, and software are owned by Puffin Peptides or used with permission. You may view and print reasonable excerpts for personal or internal purchasing and research-planning purposes.

Except where applicable law permits, you may not sell, republish, reproduce, remove ownership notices from, or create a misleading derivative use of website content without prior written permission.

The website may link to scientific publications, payment providers, carrier services, tracking pages, document files, and other third-party resources. Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Puffin Peptides is not responsible for third-party availability, content, security, or conduct outside its reasonable control.

The website and products are provided subject to applicable law and the product information supplied with the relevant lot. Puffin Peptides does not promise a particular research result and makes no representation that a research product is approved, safe, or effective for use in humans or animals.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Puffin Peptides is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from website interruption, third-party services, unauthorized product use, or failure to follow product and storage information. For a claim relating to an order, total direct liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or any warranty, remedy, right, or liability that applicable law does not permit Puffin Peptides to exclude or limit.

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without limiting mandatory rights available under the laws of the province or territory where a customer resides. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the courts with lawful jurisdiction.

Puffin Peptides may update these Terms when products, services, technology, or legal requirements change. Changes take effect when posted with a revised effective date and apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
