For a product question, include the product name, strength, catalogue code and lot number when available. For an order question, include the order number. Do not send payment-card details by email.
For an incorrect, incomplete or damaged order, contact support within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the shipping parcel, packaging and affected vial. Keep all packaging until the review is complete.
